Reuben is the founder of Property Formula and a Chartered Surveyor with more than twenty years' property experience. Property Formula is an RICS-regulated practice specialising in residential surveying, valuation, planning and expert witness work, with a particular focus on high-end property across Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds and surrounding counties.

Reuben brings a practical understanding of the fabric, condition and long-term maintenance requirements of substantial homes — experience that sits at the heart of Property Steward's preventative approach.

Ben founded Oxford Property Consulting in 2016 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, alongside helping clients with property purchases, rentals and development searches.

With extensive local knowledge and a strong network across Oxfordshire, Ben brings the perspective of a buying agent who understands what clients value before, during and after a property purchase — making him a natural part of a service designed to protect the enjoyment and long-term value of a home.

Greg joined Oxford Property Consulting in 2021 and heads the company's residential buying arm, helping clients source and secure their ideal homes. Before joining, he spent eight years with Strutt & Parker in Summertown and built a strong track record across Oxford and the surrounding countryside.

Greg's experience in the higher-end Oxfordshire residential market provides valuable insight into the qualities buyers seek in a property and the importance of looking beyond the purchase itself.

Daniel joined Oxford Property Consulting as a Partner following more than twenty years in estate agency, negotiation and property valuation across prime markets locally and throughout the South East.

Previously Head of Sales in Oxford for John D Wood & Co and with earlier experience at Strutt & Parker, Daniel brings deep knowledge of the prime Oxfordshire market, extensive contacts and a strong understanding of the detail that matters to homeowners and buyers.
